When will my order ship?
Each item is made-to-order and assembled by our team. Orders for expedited shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, while free standard shipping orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional day for processing acrylics and larger 60x40" canvas sizes. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. You can also request your tracking number via the "Order Status" page. All US orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS for the fastest delivery. We offer free domestic US shipping.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. To get accurate shipping information, please enter your address and proceed to checkout.
What is your refund & return policy?
You may cancel or amend your order within 12 hours of purchase. We are committed to your satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your order.

Returns Within 100 Days!
Our "Worry-Free" Returns & Exchange Policy allows you to return your artwork within 100 calendar days of purchase if you don't love it. We pride ourselves on having the best return & exchange policy in our industry. No other company stands behind their artwork like we do. Give our art a try and see for yourself.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@impaktmaker.com with the reason for your return. If accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns.

Your art will look the same on the day you hang it as it will 30 years from now. If not, we will replace it.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If you prefer a refund instead of a gift card valued at 110% of your purchase price, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate the return process. We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return to confirm if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee to cover handling costs. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
International orders are not eligible for refunds but are still eligible for exchanges or a gift card credit valued at 110% of the purchase price.
